Refund Policy

Free trial

The free trial is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Full refund in the first 7 days

You can have a full refund within 7 days of the first payment, as long as no paid classes have been taken.

After classes start

Unused classes on a monthly plan are refunded pro rata. On a 6-month or yearly plan, remaining full months are refunded at the normal monthly price — the multi-month discount does not carry over.

Reschedules, late cancellations and missed classes

Parents can reschedule free with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows count as taken. If the teacher misses a class, it is always made up or credited.

How we pay you back

Refunds go back by the original payment method (Wise or PayPal) within 7–14 days. There is no admin or processing fee.
